Where should I send my purchase order?
Please email Purchase Orders to firstname.lastname@example.org and the next available customer service representative will make sure it is submitted to the appropriate person. Or if you already know who your customer service representative is, feel free to email that in directly to them. If you do not receive an acknowledgment back within 48 hours from sending, please reach back out to make sure it is in queue.
Can I send in my own fabric for upholstery?
Yes, we note this as “COM” (customer’s own material). Some frames may require fabric approval, so please speak with your customer service representative to determine if a swatch should be tested prior.
You can also send in leather, “COL” and upcharges will apply depending on the type of fabrication. We do not currently offer any leather in our graded program. Please speak with your customer service representative to determine how many clean hides will be required for the specific model.
What address should I send my COM fabric?
Please send COM fabrics to our address at, 5269 US Highway 158, Advance, NC 27006, and tag with your Beaufurn Order Acknowledgement number. Please also make sure all fabrics pass CAL 117-2013 requirements prior to sending.
Can you do a custom wood stain?
Sure, as long as it meets the minimum order requirement of 10 pieces. Standard finishes are included in the prices, except for solid black, white, taupe or grey which are a 3% upcharge. Upcharges will apply for custom finishes, and are determined on a case by case basis. You will need to send a chip for matching to your Beaufurn customer service representative, referencing the quote or order number. A counter sample will be sent back to you for approval once the deposit has been paid.
Can I receive wood finish chips or swatches of graded fabric materials?
Absolutely! We can send full wood finish sets, and specific swatches requested of materials. If you aren’t sure which fabric you want, you can also request by price or grade and/or by color families. These requests can be emailed directly to email@example.com (or to a specific link). Samples require 24-48 hours to ship. If you need something more expedient, please provide your FedEx or UPS Account number, and those requests will be processed as quickly as we possibly can.
Do you offer counter height stool options?
Of course! Most barstools can be cutdown to counter height, which is normally between 24”-26” seat height, as long as the design doesn’t interfere with clearance. Upcharges do apply.

When will I receive the quote request from the Beaufurn website, that I submitted?
Web quotes normally are answered within the same business day. If not, you should receive the quote no more than 48 hours after it was submitted. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders in case it was mis-reported, otherwise, you can log into the site using your credentials, where you will be able to see all of your requested quotes. Please note that custom requests for table top pricing or custom booths may take a bit longer .

Where do you ship from?
All shipments leave our warehouse at 5269 US Highway 158, in Advance, NC 27006. Our dock closes daily for lunch from 12-12:30 pm EST, and closes for the day at 3 pm EST.
Is freight included?
Freight must be determined and added to orders, and is based on the quantity, product, packaging details, freight class, and ship to zip code. Please call 336-941-3446 xt 0 for a freight estimate.
